A video blog series about raising happy children by two parents, Christine Carter (executive director of UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center) and Kelly Corrigan (author of The Middle Place).
If you enjoy these videos, please be sure to check out our website, where you'll find a written blog on the same topic (though somewhat repetitive of the videos, the written version tends to go into more depth) and "Try This at Home" printable pages.

About coming up with a family grace if you are not involved with a faith-based grace....
At our house for years we've said one simple thing before we eat: "Thank goodness, we get to eat again!" This sounds simple, but we mean it, and it's now a habit for my children aged from 11 to 21. We also had no common faith at the time, but we all like to eat and were grateful each time we got to do it again. A sincere expression of gratitude.
Keep up the good work!
Denise
