Roller derby is alive in south central Indiana, and its NOT your parents roller derby!Todays roller derby is a rough, tough, athletic competition, but with enough trash-talkin attitude, wipeouts and injuries, and short skirts and fishnets to keep audiences of all ages on the edge of their seats.

The Bleeding Heartland Rollergirls (BHRG) roller derby league was co-founded in Bloomington, Indiana in August 2006. Since then, the league has grown to include over 40 girls and 4 teams; two home teams, the Farm Fatales and the Slaughter Scouts, and two travel teams the Flatliners and the newest addition to the league, the Code Blue Assassins.
