I have played precisely one show, with a drummer, in a castle dungeon.
No, really.

But I don't have a band, so I mainly play for myself; I really want a band but it's proving impossible to find anyone with similar ideas, tastes, or a patience for someone with sup-par guitar abilities =p
Hopefully someone will appear out of the blue. I even snuck a little advertisement into my youtube channel, but that certainly won't come to anything.

I taught myself so I've basically been at the same level for a few years, but it's good enough to write a load of simple songs =p
I'd like to be better with my guitar but meh. I like writing lyrics anyhow.
You should start writing songs again, it's a lot more rewarding to get a whole song out of your efforts!

hmmm it kinda depends.
at the moment i'm kind of adopting an indie/psychedelic vibe =p
but a lot of what i write is a bit folky, sometimes bluesy, and i have one or two rockers (I'm not just acoustic!).
i guess i'm sometimes mellow, sometimes dark and a lot of the time a bit strange. some of my favourite lyrics I haven't put to music yet though =[
