This is a Tae Kwon Do 540 Kick so before you start ebashing me keep in mind that there are several different ways to do a 540 depending on your martial arts style. In TKD alone ther are over 10 different variations to a 540, im teaching the 540 roundhouse kick version the way i was taught and has worked for others around me. So please keep your negative comments to yourself. I also apologise if ive prononced anybodys name wrong in the video.

This is for anyone who wants to learn how to do a 540kick. Some tips first.

-Streach out thoroughly.
-Wear some loose clothing
-Do not attempt this under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

One last note, this is meant to be a demonstration kick, it is highly improbable to do this kick in an actual fight. it would be best to just stick to the basics like 360's or strait roundhouse kicks.
