BJ Gaddour, CSCS, is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is the President and Founder of GGR™ Health and Fitness (www.ggrtraining.com) based in Milwaukee, WI and the Co-Founder of www.WorkoutMuse.com: Rapid Fat Loss Music Workouts. BJ specializes in physique transformation and as a real world fat loss expert. He is the creator of The Fat Loss Factory™ (www.fatlossfactory.com), the elite GGR Corporate Health and Wellness Program that delivers the most rapid and lasting fat loss around and seeks to solve the American obesity epidemic one company at a time. BJ also serves as a strength and conditioning coach for grade school, high school, and collegiate athletes.
