I noticed your question on the 1974 Cadillac Ad video, and I have an answer for you. Cadillac did offer a leather interior trim package for the Fleetwood Talisman. The only car so equipped that I had ever seen was in a magazine article ("1971-76 Cadillac" Collectible Automobile Magazine, June 2002 issue). The option retailed for about $2,500 in 1974, which was really a lot of money for an option package back in those days. I would assume very few were produced because off that. No production figures are available as far as I am aware.
