Hi Everyone. My name is Chris and I just turned 37 on January 30th, 2009. I started p90x on January 26th, 2009 and I am psyched.
My starting weight is 256 lbs and I have about 26% body fat. I hope to end p90x at around 230 lbs with the majority of that coming from body fat.
I have created the Big Daddy Challenge to not only motivate myself, but to be more accountable. In addition, maybe I could motivate others to jump in and do it. Look at me, I am no fitness champion. I'm an overweight, former athlete who is unwilling to be the "fat" guy anymore.
If you are overweight, you don't have to live that way. Step away from the table and the tv and step up to better fitness. I'm not talking 15 lb. weights and 3 mph on the treadmill. If you want to be fit, you must "BRING IT!" You have to be hardcore.
I CAN DO IT AND SO CAN YOU!
