Inspired by painful photos they see of a 7 year old boy and girl suffering with unrepiared clefts, a group of kindergardeners and first graders decide to raise enough money to provide them with the cleft surgery they so desperately need but cannot afford.

In a single day, with a fundraiser at their school, this group of 5,6,7 and 8 year olds raise enough to provide surgery for this boy and girl - AND 10 other children. (less info)
