Nope, I've never heard of any of those rubs you mentioned, but I will definitely look into them. Thanks! Anything to cook delicious meat!

I am living in the Netherlands and went to Ghana last year december for the first time to visit my father who is a Ghanain. I saw there how they make the fresh Fufu and i liked it very much. A month a go i made fufu myself twice. The first time the fufu was to dry but the second time i made it it was good. So i was very proud. But now i gonna try to make it in the microwave because that is much easier (I think). I also want to make lightsoup and peanutsoup. It would be nice if Nana and you would show us how to make the soup and also the beansaus. Thank you very much for this video.

I just saw your Fufu video and i appreciate it so much! I was just wondering if you could put up another describing how to make sauce with it? What kind of sauces are there and whats in them? i had a friend who used to cook it but i lost contact with him. His sauce was reddish-brown and it had a bone in it. have you ever had it like that?
