I'm a retired professor and writer with 12 books to my credit -- six non-fiction and six novels, including two modest New York Times best sellers. I live on a ranch in Texas with my lovely South African bride. We spend most of our time painting, writing, traveling, and raising racehorses

For what it's worth, this is primarily an art channel, featuring a wide variety of art -- classic art, popular art, fantasy art, comic book art, war art, art spoofs, even some photographic art (the pictures are mostly from my own camera). I like music, but I don't usually choose art to match music. More often, I pick the art I want to feature, then seek appropriate music to augment it.
