I have a dream to make a cartoon, but because of my parents i can barely get on the computer to make HALF of the first episode

I like valve games Especially Portal Corneil and Bernie, and making videos but my webcam is a piece of junk Keeps breaking & bad quality and someone stole my Flip video cam good thing though flip cams are HORRIBLE I got another one but you can't see ANYTHING so we returned it still on the hunt for a video camera that WORKS So please send me a message on what kind of cam you use in your videos
