hey dude! im a little late on the comment but yeah it when you bring your board up to your butt!! it's kind of a joke of making fun of "Tina Basich" because that's how she does her methods!! total inside joke.. but they are fun!! TRY IT

when people just start skating they think for kickflips that you kick straight back, that doesnt do anything but maybe a pop shuvit or maybe you can get it to do the rotation but itd be way harder to land on, its all about footplacement and kicking your foot diagonally and getting used to keeping both legs above the board. a lot of people tend to only be able to land one foot but i think its just fear of falling or not jumping high enough, its hard to explain over the computer check on videos or something for some other tips
