He's like, "Oh hey, here's some nice food!" But it's his poop! Luckily he quickly realizes it's poop and moves on to eat some bread, which I assume tastes better than cockroach poop. I've never tried it, though, so I can't be sure.

I must've filmed this in a noisy airline terminal or something because the sound is pretty bad. And it was dark, which explains the graininess. (less info)
