Syphus' Amiga 1200 with Asus Eee PC

A crappy piece of phone-cam gonzo documentary showing off the Asus Eee PC being used as a tiny, portable monitor for the Amiga 1200 when fitted with a £4 EasyCap USB composite video capture device. Do an eBay search for 'easycap' :)
No apologies for my SE w810i's picture quality; it just about gets the idea across.
Usually if you want your Amiga at a demoparty and you have to get the plane (like most UK sceners going to European parties have to do), you have to either get someone to bring a TV along for you or you have to haul a mini LCD TV and all the wires and PSU etc. as well as your Amiga, Amiga PSU, laptop, laptop PSU, blah blah blah.
So with the Amiga/Eee combo, you've got a laptop you can use for net, music, partyvoting, submitting entries to compos etc. and a screen for viewing your Amiga. It also takes audio, so you could software-mix your hard-panned Amiga output for pleasant listening from the Eee's headphone jack.
