The BBC recorded the 1972 Stan Kenton programme. I purchased the video in November 1992 at a Stan Kenton convention, and the quality was not too good, as you can see and hear from the clips. A company called Kay Jazz of Rochester, UK produced the video; a telephone number for Kay Jazz is available via Google. I know Kay Jazz had a copy on Sony U-Matic, as this was the media they used at the convention. The U-Matic copy should provide a better source for DVD (if it still exits).

These videos of the Kenton orchestra are treasures! Is there any way to record these from the original source to DVD and make it available for purchase?
