I forgot to do my roll in the day so I was in the flat again.

Didnt get back to my flat till late on sunday evening, it was cold hence the hat, I was alone hence another roll in my flat.

Took my mate Matt to the gym and decided to see if I could do a roll on the treadmill........yes I could!!

We popped to ASDA for lunch and I managed to pull a roll off with no-one looking!!
