The Baltimore Festival of Maps is a citywide celebration organized by the Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance celebrating all-things mapping! From March 16 through June 8, 2008, more than 30 arts and cultural organizations will present exhibitions of rarely-seen documents, seminars, workshops, walking tours, art displays, music and theater performances, and interactive family activities. Each participating institution will offer its unique interpretation of Baltimore history and culture through map-related programming.

Thank you so much for putting these videos online! There are many people like me who are not able to come and visit this exhibition, and you're doing us all a great favor by posting this on Youtube.

One tip: you may want to add 'cartography' as a tag, since many enthousiasts will search for that term. 'Maps' also lead to a lot of game maps which isn't quite the same :-)

I will post these videos to the blog of my historical cartography study group as well. We're based in the eastern part of the Netherlands, so I doubt any members of ours will be visiting the exhibition in real life!
