Switching Cards o Funds?

DOTC Assistant Secretary Lorenzo Formoso's name was first caught in the NBN-ZTE deal controversy. Now, even the DOTC employees are revealing to Imbestigador Formoso's alleged anomalies such as overpricing projects for the "switching cards" of phone lines in Mindanao. According to the employees, the P12 million project approved by Formoso was questionable. (less info)
