Brief introduction about myself:

A failed personal trainer from a commercial gym that went bust. Once stuck with only a handful of clients who are unmotivated and or just don't give two hoots about their lifestyles, I've found myself unsurprisingly down to zero clients.

Taking the road less travelled, I set up a channel dedicated to low tech, highly effective bodyweight exercises which I perform for my strength and conditioning enhancements. I am constantly experimenting on creative ways to train in the great outdoors.
