Well, i really don't like this one but i spend few days making it so i'll post it anyway.
Dean is gifted or maybe cursed. He can't die (yes just like Wolverine form X-men). His power made him a target- organisation called Division is very interested in bringing Dean to their laboratory for some tests (because Dean's abilities to heal are really strong- and we all know that is a perfect power for super-solders).
Sam is a boy who sees future- he has crush on Dean but because of his powers he's aware that Dean will fall in love with Castiel
Jimmy is a young gay man who was caught as a teenager by Division. He become their greatest weapon but then he run away and become their greates enamy. His project name was Castiel- thats why everybody call him that (Cas thinks that young boy named Jimmy died in Division's laboratories so he doesn't use his old name and stick with project pseudonim)
Now he is Dean's only hope to not become Division next guinea pig.
