thanks on the comment about the bench press, im going to low the weight a little to touch the bar in every rep, i have this problem tough, my bar is pretty short so i cannot have a wide grip like with a olympic bar, could that be part of the problem?, your sandbag training looks great, i have tried some heavy bag training and the inestability on the bag its a killer! thanks in advance!

Greetings from Austria! I have watched all of your videos and I must say that I like your training style. I have both books from Ross (Infinite Intensity and Never Gymless) and also the DVD+Book "Full Throttle Conditioning". This guy is really in tremendous shape and his training ideas are very interesting. To watch a "normal" guy like you executing the workouts and see how you work through fatigue motivates me to train harder. I'm looking forward to see more from you. Thank you. Mac |
