Vodou has to be the greatest religion/practice that exists. This is true spirituality. The main stream religion that exist like Christianity, Islam and Judaism all preach that God is outside and we have to worship and serve this master to achieve enlightenment. Vodou is living proof that God is inside of us. It's just that many do not know how to get in touch with this energy. Many think God is outside. No, the power is inside. Vodou practitioners who are possessed by spirits tapped into the god inside of them. Read "The Power Of Now" by Elkhart Tolle. It's an amazing book. Also read or listen to Abraham Hicks "The law of attraction." We are all energy.
