This is a better, more improved version of my cover (of Radiohead's "Idioteque" from Kid A) than my previous attempt. I used FL Studio and the original sample Radiohead used from Paul Lansky's "Mild und Leise" (about 40 seconds in). This time, however, I sampled the original sounds from the song including the kick, snare, hat, and that weird shaking noise. I'm running FL Studio through Parallels on my MacBook this time instead of a Windows desktop like I used in the previous version of this video. I didn't bother creating all the different variations of the drums and the intricacies of the song structure and whatnot; I just wanted to demonstrate how this song could be re-created in a digital audio workstation. - Connor Hodge (less info)
