Athletic Playground is not a typical gym. We give adults (and kids) a space to stay healthy and active - without using treadmills or ellipticals. Here, adults can play like kids again. Our classes, workshops and trainers will have you tumbling on the ground, jumping off the walls and dancing in the air!
Our group classes include Monkey Conditioning, Parkour, Aerial Conditioning, Aerial Skills, Hip Hop/Breakdance, Hula Hooping, Acroyoga, Yoga and Flexibility.
