Welcome to my channel! I'm a musician of sorts. My original, creative output goes onto the TINYLAPELSTUDIOS channel I share with my friend and writing partner, but here is where I air my more personal stuff, including my obsession with art-rock band They Might Be Giants (an obsession which has now been with me longer than it hasn't).
I started this channel as an outlet for my collection of TMBG videos which you can still find here. A major part of this site is now my piano cover versions of TMBG songs. And I throw the occasional original piece in the mix too.

I love your covers. It really helps that you can sing like like John Linnell. It's too bad that you play all this by ear, though. It seems like all of your listeners want sheet music.

I saw your description of your upload of a 1990 performance of "Istanbul" and I just can't fathom how anyone could be offended. The entire song is just two guys repeating different ways of saying "Istanbul used to be called Constantinople". The world is weird, and I'm sorry you had to put up with that.
