I happened to be looking up the tragedy that befell Stacey Arthur and came across your posting. Ironically I just got back from a KOA in Brookeville, OH (Kathy Shower of Playboy's hometown) and got to thinking of all the Playmates who came from Ohio in the 80s and 90s. There were quite a few. Being in that magazine is pretty much ho-hum now for a lot of the girls. Seems like it used to mean something a lot more than it is now. This is probably due to all the other avenues available for good looking 18-30 year olds.
