hey, my names Tommy, im a looking into starting cornish wrestling, im a self defence instructor but im looking to have a go at some local styles.so if you dont mind i have a few questions

1)do you know of any teachers of cornish wrestling in either the west midlands /birmingham area or the newport area of wales?
2) do you know of any events this year in which novice's can enter?
3) if there are any novice events could you tell me how to enter and where i could buy the wrestling jacket?
4)i have the cornish wrestling book and from judo experience i can figure most techniques out however, im a bit confused on one thing, are there definatley no holds on anything on the jacket? can you not put your arm around the waist to do the hip throw or is it strictly a jacket hold?
