The Catholic Diocese of Arlington comprises the seven cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manasssas, Manassass Park, and Winchester and 21 counties north of the Richmond Diocese. It is led by the Most Reverend Paul S. Loverde, who became Bishop of the Diocese in March 1999.
