As is the case with all the Playlists on this page, once you click on "Play All Videos", the videos start playing, going automatically to the next one, and you Control the playback!!!
There is no Previous/Back Link, so you'd have to click on the Name of the Playlist to go back to the List, and start playback from another video. Eventually, YouTube will probably improve that navigation?! Hey, it's FREE, remember:)!?
Inspiring!!! REALLY listen CLOSELY to each word, and watch Michael's face! Do not multi-task, as if this was just an audio... Soak in the "vibe", the mindset, the hints of his process-approach, as opposed to just copying licks... Obviously knowing English helps...
This is a Playlist that I've made, so that all segments of this video play automatically in a row, in the correct order, without one having to look for the next part in the Related Videos!
Getting to know Michael personally during his Big Fight for Life was one of the biggest blessings of my life! See "Save" poem on my website http://www.arkady.com/poetry-save.html
Having this Video of MIchael Brecker Master Class is a ••• priceless gift ••• to all Jazz lovers worldwide, at least, and not just sax players!
A HUGE THANK YOU to all those who made it possible to share these videos with the world!!!
Michael was my Friend, and a Hero to many! See my Tribute Page: http://arkady.com/michaelbrecker -- Sorry about the break in that link - there are not supposed to be any spaces there!
Dick Oatts is one of my biggest sax + MUSIC heroes! I hope one day that words like - unsung, deserving wider recognition - will stop following any mentioning of his name! Dick is a perfect example of MUSICIAN'S MUSICIAN! - More Info about Dick: http://j.mp/IG9haa
To see how I really feel about Stevie, please read the Show More Info under this video "Stevie Wonder - instant composition... :)! - Larry King Live"... But briefly, I'll say this: Stevie is a GIFT TO MANKIND! He is one of my biggest inspirations and "Rays of Hope" http://bit.ly/bciqQO ever since my childhood in Kiev, Ukraine!
Of course there are many other Stevie videos on Youtube and elsewhere online, and I wouldn't even attempt to gather all of them in this list!
My primary purpose for this Playlist was to make it easier for Stevie fans to find these 3 first video clips from Larry King Live! Larry deserves a lot of credit for that priceless "Close Up" of Stevie, who was not there to sell anything! Those guys were just "hunging" together, and now it's history!
I hope you read the Info for at least this video, "Stevie Wonder - instant composition... :)!" where I tried to give my personal angle on what I saw! In the Info on this Ray Charles video http://bit.ly/bciqQO I could have easily substituted Ray's name with Stevie's... Both of those Genius are part of my musical DNA, huge inspirations!
Feel free to check out other Playlists on my ARKADYMUSIC YouTube Channel!
Armenians, Greeks, Turkish, Bulgarians, Gypsy etc. have a whole other clarinet "thing" goin on! Very different from the European, "Classical Clarinet School". Check out these videos, and explore from there! Pay attention to the "incorrect":)! spellings of the Tags like these: clarinet taksim armenian greek clarino кларнет klarnet That way, you'll find even more clarinet related videos, which you can add to your own Playlists! it's fascinating to see how differently clarinet is used in different cultures!
