Fifth rule - The Government is established by the People for the People, anyone who deprives anybody with this rule shall be accorded with the punishment in the Fourth rule...

Sixth rule - Being Lazy will ensure your chance to be accorded to the punishment in the fourth rule.

Seventh Rule - We will move with Earth, and Not Force Earth to Move with Us.
