Pole Princess is conveniently located in the heart of Kew. The studio opened in June 2006 with the aim to show people why pole dancing is great for fitness.

Pole Princess is responsible for bringing you unique workouts such as Booti-funk, Burlesque Y2K, Latin & Exotic pole and even Stretch and Flex. Among that, Pole Princess was the first pole dance studio in Victoria to have spinning poles and allow students the choice of what they prefer to dance on throughout all levels of pole dance.

Anastacia consults with one of Australia's leading Strength and Conditioning coaches when writing courses to enable Pole Princess to deliver classes that not only have great choreography, but also deliver a challenging strength training workout specific to pole dance. At Pole Princess, it's our job to make sure you see results!

In 2008 Pole Princess will continue to come up with innovative idea's and ways to make pole dance for fitness more accessible to everyone.
