Would you rather be on the tarmac when there's a thunderstorm or in the air just to keep to on time schedules? Then, there are delays that are caused mainly by Malaysians waltzing into the aricraft when boarding was 30mins ago. The list can go on. All I want is for the airfares to be cheap enough for me to fly to Singapore instead of the 4 hour road trip that will add up to the cost of a flight. Kudos AirAsia! Delayed or not.

oh my goodness!! Air Asia's cabin crew (ladies) is tooooooo HOT!! Why don't you change their sexy skirt to something more decent.Maybe you can lengthen the skirt or change it into long pants.Then they will look more elegant in that way..

I am afraid that AirAsia is not doing that well, all the 80-90% on time is all not true, please excuse me for saying this " BULL SHIT!" I had a flight which originally touch KL from Tianjin at 2.30 pm but it was delayed for 3hours, Goodness me! The problem is I had booked and paid for a luxurious hotel about RM500 and its in Melaka. I thought of enjoying the sunset or whatsoever but ended up with tremendous disappointment!
Well, this is not the 2nd time I am flying with AA, guess what? The 1st time, Singapore >>KUL was another tremendous delay, scheduled 6pm but ended up 8.30pm. COME ON! If you have such experience you will understand!

Please TONY ! Do sumthing! you only talks about the good side of AA but what abt the bad ones!

guys last night i booked a ticket for my cousin but mistakenly i wrote the name HUSSAIN instead of HUSSIN..i was worried and i didnt say anything to my cousin bcz of scare hehehe..i was thinking what will happen now....and then this morning i called to airasia....it was so simple i cant believe it ..they just ask the booking ,contect e mail adress and after 15 mins they send a new literacy to my e mail with correction.....so great and easy to deal with airasia.....thanks airasia and LONG LIVE for us

I've been buying airasia tickets through their website for years. My job requires me to fly frequently, so I've taken more than 20flights via Airasia the past year. Safe to say, I have never faced any problems booking online! It's either there's a problem with your internet connection or you are doing something wrong somewhere.

It is not right that you slam the airline company for your own screw ups.

For record, Airasia flights are frequently delayed but hey it's a budget airline. You want full fledged,on the dot service, pay the price and take national carriers. If you can't afford it,then its better that you shut your trap

I have lodged a complaint yesterday and spoken to Mr Sri (Indian guy)that I unable to manage my bookings to change timing for departure but keeping the same date.(Sgn-Kul/LCCT). I have been assured that the problem resolved and he asked me to come back within 30 mins and do the changes. I have given more than 30mins and try to log on today and do the changes and the same things happened and there is a message pop up in my screen and told me ERROR and I'm unauthorised to do the changes. What the hell happening here. Service sucks and it seems all the awards and whatever advertisement is total bullshit. All are Big talk sand the victims are people like me.Now someone better response to this mail. I really mean it!!!!

I have tried many times to Manage my flight bookings. Amazing it never gets me anywhere.. constantly it tells me that I have no authorization to fix my bookings. What happened????? Also I tried to click to contacts us under Air Asia but not available. Why??? I had my trip to penang last year and it was delayed 3 hours without any compensation!!!! Thank you for allowing us to travel with you but I would appreciate if you can look into problems that seems occurred too often lately.

I live in America but was born in Scotland so price is always very important. I have often flown with Air Asia (PEN, SIN, BKK, REP, PNH, SGN, HAN ). The price is good and the service excellent.  I vote them the best airline in the world.
