Please do not trust iHeathTube (below), they present false and misleading information. Case in point is that they have a video where a woman is talking about how unheathly vegetarianism is and how she was vegetarian for years and got sick...then she said that the whole time she was a 'vegetarian' she was eating chicken and fish, but no red meat. Therefore she was an omnivore the WHOLE time and never a vegetarian and none of her health problems were in any way related to vegetarianism. I wrote to them about this and they refused to recognise the problem. It makes me wonder what other misinformation is on their channel.
