Love the go-go dancers..Boy, i was young lad when they first appeared over 40 years ago, but these babes aren't bad..The blonde has the moves down and is going to town, the one in the middle is good, but she does more jazzier/ballet style moves and the one on the far left, while cute, doesn't seem to quite have it..But boy they sure look good..This is so Bobby Fuller 4 sounding..Great stuff...

acdc126, you thought of John Cougar M. because he ripped this song's base line off. This Romantics song was recorded in 1979 and released in 1980. The John C.M song "R-O-C-K-In the USA" came out about four years later. Nothing against John, he ripped off the better band, he has good taste.

I used to play bass in a bar band back in the '80s. We covered this song from almost the first day we formed. A few years later, we're trying to work out "R.O.C.K. in the USA" (our lead guitarist sounded just like Mellencamp) and I'm plugging away at it and all of a sudden it hits me that I'm playing the Romantics. I stopped everyone else and showed them. We all had a good laugh at that.
