I recently attended a talk on the 4 working generations in our workforce today. After listening to Gordon Knox speak about the role both the Professional and the Amateur, I found it really stimulating to introduce rules of natural selection into the transitions over time of one generation's characteristics to another. Looking forward to a lifelong dialogue.
