For me this beautiful piece of music has a very similar feel to 'An Ending (ascent)' By B Eno, Lanois, R Eno, but where as 'Ending' is other Wordly and and has you drifting off into space 'Balthus' is very much of this World but has you drifting off into a vast Ocean of calm.
Where ever it takes you the journey is simply beautiful.
By the way, 'MIX 2' found on Apollo Atmospheres and Sound tracks is even better !!
