But seriously, I was surprised that he wasn't suspended sooner, because he really DID break the terms of service by simply uploading clips directly from the games.

The reason why it's okay for Spoony and other reviewers to do that is because they are protected by the copyright law of 1976 which states that it's okay to use clips for the purpose of commentary, parody, or criticism.

Alex does not fall under that category. His suspension was inevitable.
