Thanks for your comments these were just a test of the new JVC, I was looking for the best setting (to my liking) so I wouldn't need to adjust it to much in editing. If you look at (IT'S NOT JIMMY and the SUNSET 1) videos are kind of what I have settle on for settings. I have two shoots set up between now Feb. with any luck the videos will be upload in March. check back then see if you like them.
Ok I look on my hard drive and the name of the tune is Everlasting. I have no idea who the artist is, I think I paid for it on a royalty free music site. sorry this may not help you find this sound.
how is the camera so far ? I'm planning to upgrade to this one from my HD 100 , any dead pixels found by you so far ?

@glutamax Yes you can adjust anything, not only in the camera also in editing.
