...If you're looking a Death Metal band that really sounds creepy and tenebrous, I think "Magane" would be a good choice. "Gaia" show us how to combine elements from oriental music with gothic in a superb way.

Accidentally I found this stuff (for my luck) and I must confess that I'm amazed with all these bands from so far, this is one reason why I like so much Rock and Metal, there's lots of diversity here, when the west meet the east, is exciting to hear it. The first 45 seconds of "Ego Fall" are awesome!. "Dark ambition" easily could give classes to some Black Metal bands from Europe of how to make excellent ambients and atmospheres in a song...

I think, it just contains East Asian bands, but Afghanistan is placed between the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East and the Ex-Soviet Union. It doesn't really belong to any of the big Asian cultural regions.
