if the u.s goverment iS NOT GOING TO SELL THE F-22 / F/A-22 to a nation like canada or Australian ( they both ask for it ) we the u.s needs to build a new fighter plane for sell outside the states, the f-35 is not a fighter and we won't or can't sell the f-22. we baddly need a replacement for the f-15 f-16(but the AESA radar ect upgrades are +. yes the f-35 is called a joint strike fighter but it's no air to air fighter! INVEST IN U.S aircraft research and development & RADAR/Missile Tech
@Conservativepacheat let's not forget Japan and Isreal, we cancel the most sophisticated AC in the world and settle with something in some respects inferior (speed & TV) but in this political/economic enviroment we have to settle with less capability for the sake of commonality and export sales
