basically to me the worser and easiest to avoid a re nero's and ciels..

Nero: Throw projectile... Then superjump all the way till you past nero

Ciel: 2 ways.. 1: Risky: throw projectile then rush all the way till your below her... 2: remain at the back and keep jumping

I have no clue how to do these. Isn't ex-shield just using the shield button in blood heat mode? I know there is shield, shield bunker, and shield counter - all in blood mode - but none of them make a difference.

Using Red Akiha vs. Arcueid, I've shielded standing up, on the ground, and in the air, but nothing happens.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? What is an ex-shield anyways?

Hisui's last arc is pretty gay if you get hit with it.

It'll screw up all of your controls, which means back means forward, jump is crouch, etc.

In my opinion, the worst last-arc is Shiki Tohno's. Does about the worst damage out of all of them, without any added effects except for a short circuit break(As does almost every other last-arc.)

well let me put it simply... shiki tohno's last arc isn't that lousy... its actually pretty good... its meant to be a counter + combo starter... its not damage soely... basic you suppose to link combos with his last arc and it can get pretty damaging

bout nanaya's last arc... to me its cool and stuff like that... but its probably one of the easiest to avoid... you throw a projectile and then do super jump... the main idea is to find a position that avoids the white line

Anyways, I Main/Alt Tohno now. His LA is pretty fun to pull off, and I do get the opportunity to combo off of it to deal around 4-5k.

I really don't know what to think as the 'worst LA,' because they're all pretty damn good.

Though I've never been able to dodge Nanaya's LA, it didn't do enough damage to completely screw me a round.

(In fact, when I played Nanaya with W.Len, it only seemed to do about 2k max. But that's W.Len.)

in act cadenza you only do a ex-shield while in blood heat mode to perform the last arc,some of them need ex-shield on the ground,other on the air and only 2 character using crouching ex-shield to perform last arc

The Thing is alot of those in React are not worth it to use it does little dmg and does nothing other then looking cool which isn't good if you actully fighting other players. But in Act Candeza All of the last arcs Except Nanaya's have a "circuit Break" Ability Which destories your Targets remaining circuit.

And this is before the patch so Last Comsumes your ENTIRE BLood heat not half like before hand.

Most likely because his Another Arc Drive next to Arcueid's and Sion's kick combo is one of the most sure-fire match winners of the game that they had to nerf him. Also that Nanaya is the only pure physical fighter in the Kagetsu Tohya and Tsukihime.

The last arcs are activated by you shielding a attack, most of these attacks are no longer in the game. Like the Double attacks you see by Shiki,Len,Miyako,Nero and warachia's Second last arc.

I've done some of the last arcs before. You have to be in Blood Heat to do a last arc first of all (you probably already knew that). For Ciel's you guard in the air. Same with Len's last arc and I think Acrued's. not too sure about everyone else's tho. You can look it up online im sure.

In the latest version they changed it so Last arcs drain your Blood heat. Older versions had it so that your Blood heat didn't drain during last arcs.
