  • The reason Bradford gave that up was because he knew he did a good job and didn't deserve to be fired. Trump acknowledged that he did the best job out of the people in the room. He absolutely should not have been fired. Stacey should have been fired or even Ivana but definitely not Bradford. I think Trump just wanted to shock the viewers to be honest.

  • Why give someone a compliment and then fire them #Douchebag Mr Trump

  • Comment removed

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!! Bradford, you idiot!!! hahahahha!!!

  • I don’t think that Ivana’s THINKING STRAIGHT in this episode – probably because of the extra pressure with being team leader. She seems more concerned about getting rid of Stacie, than her own survival. She might’ve UNINTENTIONALLY saved herself from being fired by bringing Braford back to ADVOCATE against Stacie coz he’s an attorney and a really strong candidate (before waiving his exemption).

  • Ivana would’ve been fired if it wasn't for Bradford’s stupidity, because of her DISASTEROUS LEADERSHIP - she wasted more than 1/4 of the day trying to relocate the carts. Apex lost by a margin of less than 10%, but they would’ve won by 20% or so had she been really decisive.

Of all the PMs who lost a task then SURVIVE in Apprentice history, I rate her performance as possibly the worst.

  • thats so funyy he has to get his bag

  • Stacey J ... awwww mommy...

  • Actually not surprising... What he did was indeed impulsive and he led himself to the fire... His overconfidence killed his own success...

  • Why do i feel like Carol is a bitch?? i strongly feel like she is very biased + has a big ego. i don't trust her rationality or objectivity.

separate from that, i do think that ivana has a big problem making decisions. but i think you can work on that and stacey is a way bigger liability than ivana.

but i really do understand trump's decision. i actually respect him for that because he saw the bigger picture.

  • Bradford waiving his exemption is like someone deciding to go for a drive while they know they're drunk.

  • Everytime I watched every other episode and I saw Bradford on the starting credits I just laughed.....what an idiot.

  • Brad deserved it!

how can you put yourself on the line that?!?!?!?!?!

  • chink got a greencard then lol

  • i dont get how it's a stupid decision....

  • I'm shocked what was he thinking about? Oh well guess he won't make the same dumb decision next time

  • i just googled bradford...not in a rude way...god your immature...and it says that he owns a gas powered golf cart with monster truck tyres that he drives to work...what a fucking legend...who cares how stupid he was, that is immense.

  • This decision was shocking, yet it was so right after u think about it again. Great episode, fantastic!

  • Bradford is confident and foolish at the same time!

  • @garnetlai Indeed. And I love to see that punished.

  • Comment removed

  • While Bradford's decision may sound stupid. It is in another way good.

In business, When other businessmen see your confidence in a project/product, they will take part or invest on it. You can Show your confidence by risking all your capital in business. Confidence plays a big part in convincing others and putting all your advantages on the line will make them believe. It's the right attitude being confident and for that I think DT made a DISASTROUS Mistake. It's not stupidity, it's confidence

  • @StreamerStreamer Yeah but he couldn't possibly be fired and then because of what he did he got fired. It was impulsive arrogance, not calculated confidence. Also, they're not in business. They were part of a process which ultimately would lead to working for someone.

  • I strongly believe bradford's action was honourable.

  • trump's only difference with a geek is $2.8 billion, which is quite a difference though. He's always talking about energy, and he just fired a great businessman for being energy-driven.

  • best firing ever! what bradford did wasnt confidence. its called being FOOLISH!

  • Trump is the Absolute master manipulator, I Love it! he has these people shitting their pants....

  • Seriously, i think Ivana could have been fired for her incompetence, but Donald instantly changed his mind after seeing Brad made the stupidous mistake in Apprenctice show.

  • Trump's just being consistent...never show him you're giving up or owning failure. He's gonna sack you! What Bradford did was the most stupid thing ever...it's something he will remember for the rest of his life. Bad bad overconfidence! I liked Bradford and hate to see him go. ;(

  • i agree with bradford for giving up the exemption b/c he knew he performed well, so that he wasn't at risk (or at least not as much as the others), so to be treated equally in the boardroom as the rest of the team would have benefited him with team repoire/moral for favorable treatment at the next boardroom. trump wanted drama for the tv show. that decision was like agreeing to share part of your bonus with your employees (who helped you make the bonus in the first place).

  • Seriously that Asian girl is super ugly and talks too much. Trump will never hire an ugly bit*h like her, she should be the one to go

  • @maxcruiser2005 I don't think she's ugly. Also, people should be hired and fired based on merit, not whether you like the way they look.

  • bradford talks to make a point but pays for it, first he says he would go to the girls team and regrets it, then becomes a dictator and now this!

  • bradford "im not gonna blow smoke up your ass..."

i think trump would enjoy that, he strikes me as the freaky type.

  • The girls team really sucks. I can see no special things on them...

  • @MrMetalMayhem thats a bit unfair, id say each and every one of them was a bit "special".

  • Wow, but honestly, what he did was kinda stupid.. however, I still would've rather seen stacie gone

  • wow just wow, I'm speechless

  • BRADFORD GOT PWNED BY THE TRUMP!

  • He always say lets see wad happen when he already decided

  • Ehh... I get it but still disagree with it. In a neutral toss up board room I'd like it, but when Stacy and Ivana sucked so bad they should go instead.

  • BRADFORD???????? WHY NOT IVANA!!!!!!!

  • That stupid chink is the one to blame...she brought Bradford in for no reason other then the fact he waivered his exception. He said what he said out of confidence, not stupidity.

  • i liked bradford

  • Evana Is so full of crap she knew that Bradford would get fired its why she picked him... FAKE TEARS!!

  • That Carolyne woman rubs me in a very wrong way.

  • thats what happens when you are arrogance is mixed with an over inflated ego..

  • Everyone in there is so weird. Wat wuz that o my god for? And i hope bradford got his luggage back

  • Just as hilarious as it was in 2004...

  • @verbatim945 LOL, What a dumb ass!!!!!!

  • Bradford, this ain't a battlefield, you moron. This is "business". And like everything in "life", if you have an advantage, never, NEVER give it up! You deserve to be fired... Looser!!!!!! Lo-ho- Zer!!!!!!

  • is that pamela dtiving the cab at the end lmao?

  • That was a strange last-minute move.. I don't think Bradford meant harm, bad move to put himself out there like that.. I guess that struck a particular chord with Trump at the time

  • Dumbest move in reality tv history? I like Bradford but wow like are you kidding me

  • i guess mr. trump was mistaken in his decision, bradford wasnt the reason for the loss, it was personal decision not business at all

  • epic fail bradders

  • shit! Brad was one of my favorites. If Raj also gets fired, I'm not watching the 2nd season anymore. Frankly, I might go to the UK series.

  • twist of the yr, including last yr

this was probably one of the most intense board room's ive ever seen on this show

  • Bradford, you were such a plonker :-)

  • hmm.......instead of agreeing to trump saying its stupid, he maybe should have said "i trust my gut and i am confident" and not agreeing that it is a stupid decision....maybe he should have still be in

  • WOW!!!!! OMG what a great ep ending sheeeeesh!

  • I understand why he fired Bradford, but Ivana was so terrible. She really needed to be fired sooner, and probably here.

  • By far, this firing is the ultimate and shows how superior is Mr. Trump's intelligence. In Mr. Trumps own words "If you running a company, and if you made that kind of a decision, you will destroy the company instantaneously". His STUPIDITY in making that decision superseded the rest of the team's mistakes combined. Snap decisions and thoughtless words can bring down big companies, which were built over many decades, in a matter of seconds. Mistakes are acceptable, but stupidity is NOT.

  • Oh dear, Bradford!

  • How is Bradford stupid for giving up his Protection. He is confident that he did a good job. That shows a good worker and that shows he has confidence! Quit Dramatizing!

  • I think that the project leader showed no favorable leadership qualities deserved to get fired, whereas bradford did by "climbing into the trenches" with his troups, reallying on his performance, which everyone agreed was exceptional, and comanding the affection and mabey even the respect of his teammates, something that the pm completely failed to do. This is what lead to there loss. Trump made that decision not because it was justified but because he didn't want to show any weakness

  • Brad took the risk of waiving his exemption of firing and lost,It served him right for making a stupid mistake like that. This is one of my favourite episode of The Apprentice.

  • @stingray4real I think that it would have been smart for him to gain the respect of the team, and the decision had no negative consequence for anyone else. I think that showing strength and commanding respect like he did would be vary smart in any leadership role, especially given his flawless performance.

  • WHAT WAZ THE MISTAKE??

  • He left the hotel without his bag too... poor guy

  • Best firing out of all seasons!

  • I watched only large bits of this episode and I missed Bradford's mistake, could someone please enlighten me?

  • @smokenfly514 Brad was given immunity to being fired by Mr. Trump. During the board meeting, he voluntarily gave up his immunity because he thought he did so good that he didn't need it. Mr. Trump accepted Brad forfeiting his immunity and then fired him simply for making that single stupid decision of giving up his immunity.

  • @smokenfly514 have you figured out yet?

  • Trump took no prisoners in this one; I think he was in a bad mood. It is a shame that Bradford left, because he would have been good value entertainment for the rest of the series.

  • Bradfor'd's mistake was that he deliberately, unnecessarily, and stupidly gave up his advantage. There was NO reason for him to do that. You never do that in business, or in life for that matter.

  • oh no I cat stop myself from reading!!!

  • bradford would not have made far in the series had he not been fired anyways?!!

  • Brad showed that his stupid impulsive decision making ment he wouldnt be able to run a team of people. glad ivana stayed !!! :)

  • OMG i still remember this moment a few years back.. Anw, i really like the part where carolyn agreed with Trump.. she sounds like a bootlicker

  • @corleone1820 Lol, i was thinking that too. I mean while DT is in a fireing mood, i'd agree with him too. lol

  • @naijabebe ALL of them behave in such a way with DT in all the seasons.. LOL.. eventhough prior the players entering the boardroom, they shared their views with DT on who should be fired.. but somehow, although DT fired the other contestant, they agreed.. then DT will be saying , '' ok now i feel good''

  • The team lost because some of the females couldn't follow directions. They wasted time wandering around the city, when they could have been selling ice cream. They didn't lose because Bradford gave up his immunity in the boardroom.

  • Worst firing ever!!! Bradford giving up his immunity was showing how confident he was in his work. Trump made a stupid decision by firing one of the best guys because of overconfidence.

  • bradford probably did that cos he wanted to be part of the team. he din wanna be like "yay i'm immune", he wanted to sink or swim with the team. but sometimes i guess u gotta udnerstand trumps mentality. to trump, hitting back and sticking up for oneself is important. remember the girl who didn't stand up against omarosa even though she was right? she got fired.

  • OMG!!! he is an idiot, why did he do that, he did a good job on the task; i could see if he exempted himself because he felt he did poorly but omg for nothing?? LOL i cant get over it lol

  • since bradford gave up his exemption stacie is safe because if he had not givin' up his immunity stacie would have been gone about 90%

  • hey yo trump, screw yr XMtion, i dont fukn need it! im 2 dam gud 4 yr dumbass free pass.

    ...Oops.

  • u play with fire, u get burnt.

  • wow that's surprising. i thought one of the girls were leaving instead b/c they just talk in circles about every decision. ivana can't even make a decision. trump made a mistake in my book.

  • Life threatening mistake???

Yeah Bradford is going to die if he gets fired.

  • Bradford = Full retard

  • i think that went down in the history of the apprentice of giving the immunity he's not the only on season 8 of the apprentice called celebrity apprentice Tionne Watkins Volunteer to come back to the boardroom so that was twice.

  • oh man bradford no you just got yourself fired

    unbelievable WOW :()

  • One of the best boardrooms.

  • what a stupid result

  • I'm so shocked that Braford left. He dominated both of the tasks and just because he wanted to show how confident he was in his abilities he gets fired.

Stacie should've gone. Hell. Ivana or Jennifer should've gone home over him.

  • This is why I'll always have more respect for Alan Sugar than this toupeed goon. Psycho Stacey and useless Ivana over over-confident but multi-talented Braford. BS!!!!

  • I agree 100% with Trump's decision, and I'm not sure why he thinks Bradford is great. Yeah he's pretty good, and he actually performed better than anybody else from the team on that task - but in general, he was too stubborn, and giving up his exemption was just plain stupid.

  • brad PWND

  • Brad's a good salesman, a hustler, but he just doesn't know when to shut up. Even in their rooms when they were preparing for the boardroom he was offering advice when nobody was interested. A simple, "Good luck, guys" would have done. In front of Trump the verbal diarrhoea didn't stop. In his position, you don't speak until spoken to and you answer in monosyllables. It looked like he was showing off, and he got his arse chewed for it.

  • The longer it goes on the more I think they should all be fired!

  • I agree fully with Trump- NEVER GIVE UP THE ADVANTAGE IN BUSINESS-NEVER!!!!!!!! Thanks Mantray0.

  • and who are u lol

this isnt sppose to be mean lol lol !!!!!!!!!

  • I think Trump kept Stacie because it'll stir up further controversy in latter episodes. And Ivana was more than just a lousy leader but he was more harsh with Jennifer than with Ivana.

  • @morbidpancakes - No, actually, Stacie is very lucky Bradford gave up his exemption. She may have been fired otherwise (but then, it may have been Ivana).

Trump never liked to keep people just for the sake of controversy. He fired Brent early in season 5 because he didn't want to waste time.

  • Bradford......THE GREATEST "WHAT IF?" STORY OF OUR GENERATION

  • Jennifer C is a knockout.

  • Comment removed

  • It looks like they casted a bunch of bunnies for this season. Well at least one of them got fired this time.

  • I totally agree with Trump...in business who dont suffer idiots gladly.....its good he was fired coz he showed he was a total idiot.....he will learn for the rest of his that at time you act smart..

  • Bradford wanted 2 show he wouldn't get fired if he didn't have the exemption. I agree with him. It's an honorable thing 2 do and it shows he is confident of himself. I think Trump made that decision 2 abuse his powers and amaze people he's willing 2 do so. At the cost of Bradford. I would have done the same in that situation.

I'm sorry this happened Bradford, I wish you the best a man can have.

  • Do I ever remember this. What Bradford did, was the stupidest plus dumbest decision he had evermade. If I was exempt I keep quiet and stay safe.

  • Jennifer looks like those 60s smoking people like in those old movies with the cocktail skirts on

Bradford has really big pupils too O.O

  • He thinks he's the best. but his ego in wanting to show of got him fired.

  • I hate it when either of the two sidekicks kiss butt like that. Neither of them said they thought Bradford should be fired before it happened but Carolyn agrees it was the right choice afterwards.

  • stacie cant even defend herself about the others ganging up on her

  • For me, this was, by far, THE BEST BOARD ROOM EVER!!!!!

    I`d never see that coming!!

However, i agree with Trump.. He shouldnt do that, especially if u r making business decisions..

This is a job interview.. u cant speak whatever u feel like...

Thanks Mantray0 4 uploading this season.. i´ve never seen it!

  • didn't see that one coming...wow!

  • If I was Stacie , I would quit.

  • Comment removed

  • Carolyn seems grumper this season. She's looking better though.

  • Carolyn is pretty hot for her age...

  • @TheAbsintheReviewNet

I don't think she is that old

  • In Australia, they have a word for people like Bradford. The word is "coodabeen", pronounced "could've been." The definition is pretty self-explanatory.

  • He fired Bradford only to teach him a lesson. never gamble your ass to be showing of.

  • what is this American value??

  • what????

  • Jewish dickwad.

  • Mr. Trump is Right Bradford had made a huge mistake giving up his immunity mr. trump was right if he was running a company it would shut down a company too bad bradford you lost it.

  • hahahahaha What an idiot

  • I think Bradford is kind of cocky, hence he didn't even pack his bag.

  • I'm not shocked that Bradford left, at all. If Trump guaranteed my safety, I would be thrilled, and be happy to have his trust. Thanks for posting.

  • ivana should have gone, I like her later but now she is a bitch, I would have prefered to see how braford did though

  • Well... either her or Stacie J. should've been the ones to go. Ivana didn't lead and she was disorganized, and Stacie J. is just a nuisance to the group, and it was unanimous that she should go. On the other hand, I agree with Trump on firing Bradford. If you waive an exemption, that's like being in the military and surrendering. If you surrender, that's it; you're out. Ivana and Stacie J. dodged their bullets, and I'm sure that Ivana was like, "oh, man, what have I done?"

  • I also thought it was a good decision to show being on the same level as his team mates...

but Trump thought it was a good way to kick some ass

  • hahahaha stupid bastard!!

  • Wow! I'm shocked! Bradford was an idiot but didn't deserved that...

  • What a stupid fool he was to nominate himself

  • interesting turn of events...wow...

  • Bradford falls on his sword. Classic turn of events, Ivana and Stacey(sp?) live to fight another day, although I do not think they will have many.

  • poor bradford...

  • bradford shot himself in the foot...its a dog eat dog world guys...u volunteer being kicked out, so too bad!

  • gee trump is so smart, of course bradford should be fired. If you have good skills or bad skills so what? Personality is the most important in business, especially business. If you win, and give yourself a second chance to win again, no matter what in the result YOU LOOSE. I will fail trump if he did not fire bradford

  • wow, who'da thunk it, i'm speechless, true, speechless, yes it was dumb of bradford, but stupid stacie who knew every inch of times square, and a couple of times said 7th ave when it was broadway, that was a dumbass thing to do too, if bradford was fired for stupidity, so should have stacie been fired, a double firing, some consolation is that stacie wont last long, or, she'll do an omarosa, defy the odds and stay, then do something really , really, stupid, and go. lets hope so.

  • Bradford is an idiot

  • I can certainly understand people's views of being against Trump's firing of Bradford. But I think it was because of what Brad's mistake represented (not this mistake in a reality show). ie: if you overbid on a construction account, that can cost the company a HUGE amount of money. That impulse and cockiness could be compared to Brad's attitude with this I think. The fact that he made a reckless cocky impulsive decision. Never overestimate in business.

  • Terrible decision. Absolute garbage, what a total arse Trump is. I know, Sir Alan Sugar's a bit of a bully, but at least he doesn't fire people for reasons like that. Yet again, the USA version proves that the final decisions have little or nothing to do with the task. Total garbage.

  • Shocker. I thought Stacey was a gonner for sure.

  • he really shouldnt of done it but i dont think trump shudve fired him

  • I think a severe admonition would have been fair for Bradford. Fire the best for making a cocky mistake? the other ones made fatal mistakes numerous times.

  • What is the mistake he made? I missed it.

  • Bradford wavered his exemption, which was a fatal mistake in trump's eyes.

  • Wrong place for mistakes...

  • Oh my god, what an ass...

  • Bradley, 'morooooooon'!

This is overconfidence, you blew it!

    You were the winner....

  • I can't disagree on Trump's decision, but it was still shocking. If Bradford wasn't so stupid, I feel than Ivana would have went home.
