@r3b3llion89 He is doing that whit a cheat, it called : constrainfloorelevation false/true. The green thing is the fladen tool, fore the ground, but he is using it to fladen the wall down.

I love building mansions and so I'd go all out building these beautiful, extremely detailed houses until I realized a house which took up probably 70% of the lot only had 2 bedrooms or something :P It didnt add up so now I'm just a little more cautious!
