  • moron, YOU CAN TRAIN CHEST AND TRICEPS IN SEPARATE DAYS, you can train daily if you can, you can train everyday, twice a day if you want, but YOU HAVE TO MANAGE THE DAILY TONNAGE, and intensity.... there's no overtraining

  • He doesn't say shit, u need to take a break between exercices, 75 0014 ppl clicked thumbs down for some reasons, maybe his haircut, maybe the adds, maybe cuz everybody disliked, but what he sais is not shit. The only factor that will decide if you need to take a break or not after a workout is the intensity of the exercice compared to what you can actually do. Because you can also train fullbody 3 times a week, it just only depends on the way you want to train your muscles.

  • @favrobin But the fact he sais you need to separate pull/push muscle is not a good idea if you dont wanna loose in dexterity, actually training agonist/antagonist muscles in the same row is nice for proprioception!
