in a sence. everyones voice is capable of doing something different. but as for doing cartoon voices and stuff yeah. alot of actors take voice lessons for projection and like finding their 'own voice'. A good example though is like simpsons or family guy. the earlier stuff the voices dont sound very good, but in later seasons they found the voice and can speak it like their normal voice.
