i know, some of the rules are stupid but put in place for legal reasons to protect the atv companies. But if i give him permission, its ok for him to drive whatever i allow him to as long as its not a public roadway. Legaly, i can take him to a bar and give him a beer, he just has to stay within arms reach of me..lol..but i wouldnt want to get him started on that. it'll be hard enough to keep him from drinking when he gets older..

Haha nice vid, federal law is stupid. 16 years and up for anything above 90CC. I cant even ride a 350cc legally or a 800cc but once I hit 16 I can ride both legally because even though there's a 450cc difference the law is still the same for both engine sizes.. freakin dumb...
