@MrPenguinegg nope...in the manga the only one who got half  naked was the doppleganger there after copying Kurumu... he showed his boobs to tsukune's ghoul in a desperate move to stop Tsukune (and it worked -_-)

in the anime... nah... its an alternate storyline plus full of fanservice and panty shots

and a little note... bandai or toei should remake the Rosario + Vampire anime following the manga storyline... not an alternate universe like gonzo did...
