  • You tube search "cherokee freedman", research treaty of 1866, google the lumbee vs cherokee, go to the cherokee nation of oklahoma's website and look in the bottom right and see how they call all non federal native americans fakes and frauds and say they nothing more than a heritage group :( It saddens my heart to see these new age corporate groups such as the federal cherokee trying to encourage genocide unto our native people of america :(

  • Yeah it is real sad how these Corporate Cherokee are trying to get exclusive rights to casinos in North, attacking the lumbee and all other non federal native americans, instead of them seeing joy in more native americans getting their recognigtion, they attack them and try to tell the goverment not to give them recognigtion, they disenroll their own people simply because they appear more black than native, they break their own treaties with their own people like treaty of 1866.

  • peace,love and respect..

  • peace with love and respect

  • Corruption isn't just with the Cherokee people but with all

walks of life people. All of us thanks to the U.S. government.

  • im cowlitzs and kootney ive been waiting all my life to see a real tsalagi...i think that would be beautiful to see ....

  • In my opinion, due to me being consider 2/3 rd of Native Blood by thew BIA, meaning I am of Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Susquehanna, Creek, and Mohawk, as well as of Scotish, Irish and German Heritage.. I am not an Injun, or an Indian, nor a Native American. I am Ani-yunwiya, Tsalagi = Cherokee. I live that everyday, and shall past beyond being of that. NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT AWAY from me !

  • @UnakaWaholi, I sincerely hope that I don't come across as being disrespectful, but not all caucasion people think that they own the land. I'm not trying to push Christianity on you or anyone else, but I was taught this one simple principle while growing up and that is the fact that we ALL come into this world with nothing and we will ALL leave this world with nothing.

  • @fmrndiguy2005 well i came in this world with love and im going to leave this world with love .....so keep ur nothing ok ever one can be a christian but take a real person to be christ like and i havent seen one wasicun do that so may tunkashila wakan tanka bless you and family...

  • All of western North Carolina, eastern Tennessee,North Georgia, western Virgina, southern West Virginia, and eastern Kentucky belong to the Cherokees.

  • @UnakaWaholi you forgot the trail of tears to oaklhoma

  • @archiewawa You forgot to mention the Cherokee freedman, black slaves of the cherokee who walked the same trail, then was forced to cook, wash clothes, cut the trees, plow the land, build the houses, tend to the crops etc for the cherokee, then the cherokee signed treaty of 1866 making the slaves full members and to have all the same rights etc as any other cherokee....only for the federal cherokee to break that treaty and kick them to the curb. Youtube "cherokee freedman".

  • @archiewawa You also forgot to mention how the Cherokee came from Canada, started attacking, murdering, and stealing the land of the Eastern Siouans and Muscogee people, and now claim the Siouan and Muscogee people their own. They even claim the siouan and muscogee heritage and culture as their own. They also call the descendants of the Eastern Siouans nothing but fake and fraud indians. Learn the truth about the South east native people.

  • @Monasukapanough and now claim the Siouan and Muscogee people's land as their own

  • @archiewawa Let's also not forget how the federal cherokee also have turned on their own cherokee brothers and sisters such as the kentucky cherokee. These federal cherokee put out smear campaignes and mis information about the non federal cherokee. Research the Kentucky cherokee of today. Which today there is 3 bills designed to help non recognized native people in kentucky but the federal cherokee wants people to vote against these 3 bills.

  • I am Cherokee, Creek, and Choctaw. I am 14 years old. Me personally would prefer not to Be called "native american" When I think native, I think new. We are not new to this land. This is and will forever Be our land through my eyes. Yes, it has Been destroyed with Buildings, and industries. But it is still sacred to me. I am an American Indian girl. I am proud. And I will take much pride in my land and herritage. I will do my part as my ancestors did theirs........

  • The Great Smoky mountains is one of the jewels we have left, lets preserve it and give it back to the Cherokee people

  • @UwetsiYihowa i agree lived in the smokeys for 6 years, its being torn apart my contractors and bull dozers and ppl who "think" they are helping preserve the land but are only makeing matters worse

  • I agree 100%

  • no wonder the native amercians never smile

  • @archiewawa

we smile. except we only smile to laugh at the biligana.

  • That brings tears to my eyes!

  • i am 3/4ths cherokee && i reside on the rez...this video is so true...we need our natural hertiage back not tha white man heritage they want everyone to believe...our tribal leaders need to learn from past mistakes && quit making them. do they not see they r ruining our native peoples name...we r not white so they need to quit trying to make us be

  • white people think they own the earth not that the earth owns them they have pictures of us sitting trapped in this spinning globe and stil they think they own it and now that we are all here thanks to them and they want us all to go back where we came from and all to be sepperate again the whole earth is so corrupt that we can't go back without serious loss and that is what has happened before and is bound to happen again

  • Amen sister!
