These do make your feet hurt if you skate them too much. Some times I have to stop because I land primo down some stars and it destroys your feet. But they are cheap and good for flatground. Mine are incredibly slow wearing though besides the sole which wore away too fast and now I have to buy more :(

I've got them a week ago but i find getting into them quite hard even though I've got quite flat feet. is there a special technique to getting them on?

@loopydoopi I usually loosen them up a ton, and slip my foot in with my finger behind it. Its kinda uncomfortable but it makes it easier to get on.

@loopydoopi with the sk8 hi's and sk8 mids its best to just loosen the laces when you take them off and put them on

i find the sole wears so quik. i dont mind the upper sole wearing out cuz then i just use shoe goo but with the sole there is nothing i can do. for that reason i dont partiucally like them.

yes i would, but another good shoe to consider is the es theory 1.5, i had the theory 1's, which they dont make any more :[. Those might not last you as long, but they are super good to skate in.
