Another song that Terry Wogan has cursed. This was a really good song and Corinna May has a beautiful singing voice but when I originally watched this I had the impression she was very nervous. It deserved much better than 21st place though.

She might be a good singer, but she is horrible as a person and so I think she deserved to be put down.

I remember she was always complaining, no sense of self-mockery and quite snobby, not every blind person is likeable. After the ESC she complained that she's loved around the world but not in Germany. Whereas the germans voted her in for the ESC and all the voters from the other countries didn't vote for her in the end. Typical case of delusions of grandeur and acting like a prima donna...

I agree, one of the best in that year IMO close with A-frodite's "Let it go", after the infamous voting of that year I left seeing Eurovision, there people doesn't vote for the best, they vote for the most friendly countries, it's crystal clear.
